Is Coventry City being run into the ground?
It is funny that followings King's departure and after AT stating he had replacements lined up for King and Gunnar that it takes an injury to the ineffective Eastwood for the penny to drop that City need a new striker?
With a thread bear squad and injuries, we will have to rely on kids to make up the numbers which is neither fair on them nor the fans.
The Chairman stated that the transfer budget was the same as last year so where is it?
We signed Murphy on a free and will pay some compensation for Dunn but we will get compensation from Gunnar which will cancel that out. We also lost a further six players.
Why oh why will SISU not be honest with the fans for once?
We know we are losing money, how much of which is interest on the SISU loan is being kept quiet?
If they are trying to rebalance the books, then they should be honest about it, wasn't that what the new board promised?
SISU tell us what they think we want to hear then don't deliver. I seriously doubt that we will get any long term replacements in by Saturday.
I hear some fans saying that we should be positive, but how can we be when you have no respect or faith in the management of the club.
SISU's recent statement about being here for all next season was only made for one reason and that was to try and force the hand of Gary Hoffman and his investors.
They know that his investors won't wait a year for the club. In a years's time they may have found another club to invest in.
So forgive me for being negative but like many fans we are hurting from the way the club is currently being run into the ground.
