Coventry City's new manager is a popular choice

SO Andy Thorn has finally landed the job the players and most of the fans wanted,he has certainly lifted the spirits on the pitch and in the stands and he deserves it .

Let's hope the likes of Westwood, King, and any other player who may be looking at moving on to have a change of mind and stay at the club and get behind Thorn and Harrison.

The attacking football has been great to sit and watch but we all can see there's still areas that need working on,but they are wise enough and intelligent enough to do something about it in readiness for the next campaign.

This is a positive move I feel by the club because they can see the good vibes coming from the fans, and hopefully they can sit down with any player wavering on signing a new contract and persuade them that this is the club to be at.

But to lose King and Westwood would be a huge loss to the club because would we get like for like ?

Westwood has been excellent since he came here, he has a tendency to get beaten from distance on too many occasions I feel but the rest of his game is top notch,and keepers of his calibre won't be easy to find at this level.

And obviously Marlon is on fire and full of confidence which hasn't gone unnoticed by other clubs,and just like Kieran he would be hard to replace .

But all we keep hearing is positive soundbites from the dressing room as players all praise Thorn and almost begged the men in suits to appoint him as their gaffer.

So two outstanding performances against Reading and Norwich could just see the two above mentioned players do the same as Andy and sign on the dotted line ?
