Freddie finally finds his scoring touch

IT WAS pleasing to see Freddie get his hat-trick on Saturday, I for one honestly didn't think he had it in him, so fair play to the player.

I really hope this is the turning point for him now, and he can rekindle the sort of form he showed at Southend, where he scored goals for fun, because he is well liked here, and he hasn't had any stick, like some strikers have had, Kyle for example.

On the negative side though, going two up against the Posh, then letting them get back to level terms, could show that Eastwood's goals, are just papering over the cracks, because errors are still being made in midfield, and at the back, and Keiran Westwood looks jittery, and not confident.

That could be due to transfer speculation, or just the dodgy defence in front of him, but he doesn't look as good a keeper as he did last season, so until he leaves, or stays, that is a bit of a worry.

Still three points is a lot better than none, and we needed that win so badly, so let's hope we can go to another "bogey" ground, Plymouth's Home Park, and bag another three.

It'll be a "toughie" they need three points just as bad as we do, so the City will have to roll up their sleeves, and get stuck in, all over the park too.

As Harry Hill might say: " Who's tougher, Plymouth or Coventry City ?"
"There's only one way to find out, FIGHT!"
