What goes up
MUST come down.
Unable to defy the laws of City gravity into the space north of tenth place Coventry plummeted five positions south following their 2-0 defeat at Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday's return to domestic fixtures.
On the positive front - the Championship League is wide open - but then again so is our defence - whilst the size of our squad will again come under scrutiny as Gunnar joined Clingan et al on the slab following what appears to be a leg fracture.
Yet again City had a shocking frst half with Coleman seemingly struggling with his opening formation.

Despite a contentious disallowed goal City went into the break two down and as we are the Sky Blues and not Take That chances of a comeback second half never seemed likely.
With gaps at the back and in our midfield supply lines, our two hot shots up front might find things cooling over the next few games and getting back to drawing ways let alone winning ones might prove to be a good two points this week.
Hopefully we have made a couple of shrewd investments with the young lads from Carlisle and Wimbledon AFC but we could do with a couple of seasoned professionals to shore things up in the meantime.
Expect a tough game as always at Cardiff - Tuesday.
While we sing together.
