The Hornets lose their sting

THE City went to Watford's Vicarage Road on Tuesday night and took the sting out of the Hornets, now let's go and tame those Foxes at the Ricoh on Saturday.

Though our defence looks like it could do with calling in a plumber, to put a stop to all the leaks there, but even so, if we continue to show the grit of our last two games, we can beat Leicester.

But the defence is our weak link, which is a shame, because it's taking away all the good work that's going on elsewhere.

Such as, Morrison and Best, who are on fire, if they continue like they are doing, they can be a potent strike partnership, like Ferguson and Wallace were many seasons ago.

And Sammy Clingan is turning out to be a decent signing, his work rate, and shooting ability is good, and young Jack Cork, has started to settle in now.

And Keiran Westwood is keeping us in games, with top class goalkeeping, but the down side to that is, the more outstanding saves he keeps making, the more Premier clubs will come knocking on the chairman's door, come the next transfer window.

Still, let's worry about that when it comes, although it looks like he will move on, unless that is we get promotion ourselves, then he may want to stay, who knows?

That's all in the future, right now in the present, it looks like Leicester will bring a big following to the Ricoh on Saturday, so let's drown them out, because the team deserve a good vocal backing, for all the effort they've been putting in lately.
