Sitting down with the fans

The worst was Paul Fletcher's mysterious invite to the Ricoh one Friday night. I sat down in a room full of sharp-suited youngsters holding snazzy brochures

It seemed like an Insurance seminar or Timeshare convention. But it was my invite to be a "true Sky Blue"

I was offended on behalf of the non season ticket holders who it seemed didn't rate this title

Much more enjoyable was a pre season forum in a Holbrooks club in Micky Adams' time.
Fresh from the American tour and complete with sun tan, Micky seemed very laidback

But I asked my question and enjoyed the direct access to the manager the forum provided.

I won't be there tonight but on the basis of others Ive previously listened to, it's safe to say the following will probably happen

A player wont be able to make it.

Representatives from the Associate Directors and the Sky Blue Trust will be chosen to ask questions.

But over and above that I'm sure some fans will get a chance to ask the question that matters to them and be pleased to get an answer. Here's to fans forums - long may they continue.
