CHRIS COLEMAN today urged the Sky Blue Army to fill the Ricoh Arena - after a new three-match ticket deal was announced by the club.

Coventry City are offering fans a special ticket deal - three games for £50.

The cash will pay for tickets against Southampton on October 4, Burnley on October 21 and Midlands rivals Derby County October 25.

And Coleman is adamant that the City fans can become the team's extra man at home.

"The positive effect of good home support should not be underestimated and it would be fantastic to see the Ricoh buzzing over the next few games," he added.

"A good crowd can really help to get the lads get fired up and if things are not quite going our way, a large vocal support can be as good as having a twelfth man on the pitch."

With attendances hovering around the 17,000 mark, club bosses are anxious to get more fans through the turnstyles.

Nathan Kosky, CCFC commercial director, said the club were keen to help people beat the credit crunch.

"With the team making good strides already this season, we hope the offer represents great value for supporters who want to get behind the players, especially at a time when money may be more of a concern than normal."

To take up this special offer, call the ticket office on 0844 873 1883 (option 1).

Anyone who has already purchased seats for these game but who wishes to take advantage of the offer, please contact the ticket office.

The discount only applies to full price tickets with OAP and Junior Sky Blues concessions applying as normal.
